1.KANEHARU BID

KANEHARU BID is a bid up style auction on internet.
The bidder who had given the highest price on an item by the auction closing time will be considered as the purchaser.
Membership ID & Password of KANEHARU BID must be registered beforehand in order to participate in this auction.

2. MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION AND ITS QUALIFICATION

An official membership of KANEHARU BID could be registered at KANEHARU BID AUCTION page in this website. (www.kaneharu.co.jp) Auction ID & Password which is required to enter our auction page will be addressed by an e-mail to those who fill out their application form. Deposit of JPY500,000- will be requested if either or both of these two conditions are applied to applicants.

1. Has no history of forming a business with us.
2. Has no history of forming a business with a company similar to us or not have membership of any other auction companies in Japan.

This deposit of JPY500,000- will be automatically be applied toward your auction purchase.
Deposit will be returned to its owner if their bids had ended unsuccessful.

Bidding qualification is subject to consent to the agreement.
We have the right to withdraw membership if any of below were found:

1. When misrepresentatoin was found in registration form.
2. When an applicant was belonging or have any sort of relation with an anti-social group.
3. When an applicant was found not qualified to be our auction member.

3.BIDDING

The bidder who had given the highest price on an item by the auction closing time will be considered as the purchaser.
“NOTICE OF SUCCESSFUL BID” will be sent to those who were qualified as purchasers through email after the auction had ended.
In case of any technical difficulties came up during auction, we have the authority to fix the matter by discontinuing, postponing, changing time line and setting the final winner.
We have no obligation to any troubles and disadvantages caused by your communications and network system.

4.PRICE

All of the prices are in the trade term of "EX-GO YARD"(EX-KANEHARU Yokohama Yard, Sagamihara yard, Hokkaido Yard) without any warranties. 10% Consumption Tax is not included.
The bidder shall not have right to cancel or claim based on the mistyping or incorrectness of any information of the machine list or web site. All prices are not including any costs (Inland charge, FOB charge etc.) and bidders are 100% responsible for any costs. The only acceptable currency will be in Japanese Yen. The consumption tax (10%) must be added for Domestic trade in Japan

5.PAYMENT

All of the payment must be made by Cash or Remittance to our bank account.
Payment form of L/C is not acceptable for auction purchased merchandises. All of the payment must be settled within 10days after invoice was issued and sent to applicants. By any chance, we'll request the confiscation of the guaranty money and the cancellation cost (20% of the successful bid Charge) when the total amount receipt of money cannot confirm by a fixed date.

6.DELIVERY / SHIPMENT

There are total of four yards of where our merchandises are stored. (EX KANEHARU Yokohama Yard, Sagamihara Yard, Hokkaido Yard) Please make sure to check the location of merchandise on machine list & website before placing bids. None of the shipment/handling charges are included within the price listed on our auction. Brief reference of shipment/handling charges could be viewed on this website. The delivery and shipment will be possible upon receipt of full payment from bidder. The bidder is responsible for the pull out of or shipment of the purchased machines within 20 days after the issuance date of an invoice. Once an applicant failed to clear their machines before assigned date, then storage fees will be charged to bidder (JPY1, 000. - per Day/Unit)

7.INTERPRETATION AND JURISDICTION

The interpretation of these rules shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.
The Yokohama district court shall be the court holding jurisdiction for the first trial for any disputes related to these rules.
